Churchville
Veterinary Clinic (CVC) was started in 1971 by Dr. Richard Streett, Jr.
Over the years the practice has changed with the population. Originally
a mixed practice, we became an exclusively small animal practice in 1976.
Greenbrier
Veterinary Clinic (GVC) was opened on November 1, 2000 as a satellite
clinic of Churchville Veterinary Clinic.
Swan Creek Veterinary Clinic, located in historic Havre de Grace, MD, was opened on July 30, 2007. It opened as our third location in Harford County.
We strive to continue to provide high quality medical and surgical care to all of our patients at all three locations.
In addition, Churchville Kennels and our Four-Footed Friends Shoppe will remain our sole boarding facility and pet salon for your pets' needs.

GENERAL
POLICIES
Our doctor's visits are by appointment only. This enables us to
serve you better and will limit your waiting time. We are also available
to see ill or injured animals as work-ins in our daily schedule.
If you prefer to see a particular doctor,
please designate that at the time you make your appointment.
Please
note that animals worked in for injury or illness will be seen in
a timely fashion by the available doctor. If our hours conflict
with your schedule, you may also call
and setup a drop-off appointment.
We ask that all pets enter our clinic on a leash or in a carrier.
This is for their protection as well as that of our clients.
Inquiries
regarding animals hospitalized overnight should be made after 9:00
AM to enable our staff to evaluate them. In case of an unexpected
change in your pet's condition, the staff will contact you as soon
as possible.
Whenever
possible, a doctor will gladly discuss your pet and answer any questions
you may have.
PAYMENT
Churchville Veterinary Clinic and Greenbrier Veterinary Clinic both
strive to provide you and your pet with the best care possible.
In order to allow us to continue to provide a high level of care
for all of our patients, we do request that payment be received
when services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard,
or Visa. An estimate of costs may be provided upon request."
AFTER
HOUR EMERGENCY CARE
After hour emergency care is available at Harford Emergency Veterinary
Services located at 526 Underwood Lane in Hickory, MD.
Their number is
provided on our answering machine.
