Our doctor’s visits are by appointment only. This enables us to serve you better and will limit your waiting time. Our appointments are offered as follows:

  • Wellness Visits
  • These are for routine wellness care such as vaccines, routine labwork, etc.
  • Illness/Injury Visits
  • These are for patients that have been injured or do not feel well and are scheduled within our normal appointment schedule.
  • Drop Off Appointments
  • If our hours conflict with your schedule, you may also call and setup a drop-off appointment. Drop-off appointments allow you to leave your pet with us while you take care of your daily commitments without worrying about timing. We will be sure to keep your pet happy and comfortable. During their stay, we will address any concerns you may have whether it is routine vaccinations or if your pet is not feeling well.
  • House Calls
  • We are offering house calls on a limited basis. Dates and times are based upon doctor availability. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. Please call Greenbrier Veterinary Clinic at 410.838.2255 for available times.

 

If you prefer to see a particular doctor, please designate that at the time you make your appointment.

We ask that all pets enter our clinic on a leash or in a carrier. This is for their protection as well as that of our clients. For the safety of your pet and others, we also ask that all patients are up to date on their vaccinations.

We are excited to offer online booking to schedule appointments with one of our doctors at your convenience—any time day or night! Please use the “Schedule An Appointment” link in the top banner of our page!!!



Surgical patients are typically admitted between 7:30 – 8:00 am on the day of surgery. If you cannot make this time, you also have the option of dropping your pet off the night before at no extra charge! You may call at any time to check in on your pet, and our staff will be happy to provide you with an update. Inquiries regarding animals hospitalized overnight should be made after 9:00am to enable our staff to evaluate them for any changes in their condition. In case of an unexpected change in your pet’s condition, the staff will contact you as soon as possible.

Our doctors and staff will gladly discuss how your pet is doing and answer any questions you may have. Please be sure to leave a phone number where you may be reached at all times!

Payment

All of our hospitals strive to provide you and your pet with the best care possible. In order to allow us to continue to provide a high level of care for all of our patients, we do request that payment be received when services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept CareCredit for bills that are greater than $300. An estimate of costs may be provided upon request.

After Hour Emergency Care

If you have an emergency regarding your pet and the office is closed, there are a couple of options available for after hour emergency care. Their information is provided below and also available on our answering machine at all three offices.
